Abstract: The critical solution to the employment of graduates with difficulties in finding a job, which is initially contributed to the stresses and strains of the career guidance in higher vocational colleges, is to solve the problem of ideological and political education the graduates should have. This paper analyzed the data from a survey, taken in a vocational college in Hubei Province in China, on what kinds of problems and why the graduates with difficulties in finding a job might suffer from in their minds. And then the reasonable comments and proper suggestions were presented to solve the problem in higher vocational colleges in China under the guidance of related theories of Chinese and Western ideological and political education.

Abstract: This paper studies the generalized synchronization of a class of drive-response neural networks with time-varying delay. When the topological structures of the drive-response neural networks are known, by designing an appropriate nonlinear adaptive controller, the generalized synchronization of these two networks is obtained based on Lyapunov stability theory and LaSalle’s invariance principle.

Abstract: In summary, the SBT thin films have been fabricated on the Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si substrate by the pulsed laser deposition. The dominant peak of the SBT thin film is (115). The SBT thin films showP r of 8.4 μC/cm2,E c of 57 kV/cm and a well-saturated hysteresis loop at 5 V. The results of fatigue measurement indicate that the SBT material has the characteristic of excellent fatigue resistance.
Optimization of Slider-Type Hydraulic Powered Support (SHPS) Using FEA and Response Surface Methodology

Abstract: Sa?etak Optimization design for SHPS is investigated in this paper. Through finite element analysis, SHPS with torsional load on the upper beam and base together is determined as the optimization object. The distance between the cross-section of the live column and the top end of the outer cylinder of the adjustment jack P1, the horizontal distance between axis of lug and rear linkage P2, and the angle P3 of the inclined ramp are chosen as the variable quantity, and the maximum von-Mises stress and maximum total deformation are chosen as evaluation indexes, the size range of each variable is defined in ANSYS WORKBENCH (AW). AW implements force analysis and Solidworks reconstructs the optimization object within the variable range. Two pieces of software jointly implement the continuous modeling and simulation automatically to achieve the 3 factors and 2 levels central composite design experiment of the optimization object. The simulation results after each model reconstruction are recorded in AW. The effects of three selected variables on evaluation indexes are studied and the optimum structure of SHPS is determined. Compared with the original design, the two evaluation indexes decreased by 2,37% and 2,40% respectively, which improves the supporting ability of SHPS efficiently
Analysis on the Effect of Slideway Friction to the Slider-Type Hydraulic Powered Support

Abstract: Sa?etak This paper presents a design concept of the slider-type hydraulic powered support. The equivalent mechanical model is established when the hydraulic powered support supporting the stable roof pressure and deriving the numerical calculation formula of the supporting efficiency is based on the slideway frictional coefficient. Meanwhile, theoretical solutions of supporting efficiency at different working heights are obtained. On this basis, the rigid-flexible coupling simulation model of the support was established by using Hypermesh and Adams and the dynamic simulation was carried out under the condition that the roof is bearing the stable pressure, and finally, obtaining the force response curves and the simulation solutions of the supporting efficiency. The final analysis shows the following: The slider-type powered support is suitable for working at high position; with the increase of the friction coefficient between the slider and the slideway, the supporting efficiency increases gradually, the working safety and reliability are enhanced, furthermore, its shock resistance and stability are enhanced

Abstract: Aquaporin belongs to a highly conserved group of membrane proteins called major intrinsic proteins (MIPs) that facilitate water transport across biological membranes. Aquaporins are membrane water channels that play critical roles in controlling the water content of cells and tissues. We focused on GhPIP1;2 which belongs to the PIP subfamily and GhgTIP1 which belongs to the gTIP group of the TIP subfamily. Northern blot analysis with gene-specific probes and real-time PCR demonstrated that GhPIP1;2 and GhgTIP1 are predominantly expressed during cotton fiber elongation, with the highest expression levels at 5 days post anthesis. The high and preferential expression of GhPIP1;2 and GhgTIP1 suggests that they may play important roles in supporting the rapid influx of water into vacuoles during cotton fiber cell expansion. Also, the effects of Ca2+ on aquaporins in salinity-stressed plants were studied. Researchers treated the protoplasts and plasma membrane with NaCl or CaCl2, alone or in combination. Under saline conditions, osmotic water permeability (Pf) values decreased in protoplasts and plasma membrane vesicles, and the same reduction was observed in the PIP1 aquaporin abundance, indicating inhibitory effects of NaCl on aquaporin functionality and protein abundance. Two different actions of Ca2+ were observed. Increase in free cytosolic calcium concentrations associated with stress perception may lead to aquaporin closure, however, the extra-calcium would lead to an upregulation of aquaporins. Meanwhile, experiments have demonstrated HvPIP2;1, one of barley aquaporins, has a higher water and CO2 transport activity. The goal of our plant aquaporin research is to determine the key aquaporin species responsible for water and CO2 transport, and to improve plant water relations, stress tolerance, CO2 uptake or assimilation, and plant productivity.
基于粗糙集与熵的铁路货物周转量预测
Forecasting railway freight turnover based on rough set and entropy

Abstract: 采用简单熵计算方法对原始数据进行离散,得出决策信息系统。运用粗糙集方法对货物周转量的影响因素进行约简,将约简后条件属性作为解释变量,构建货物周转量多元线性回归模型,运用Eviews软件标定参数,同时对模型的回归显著性进行检验。以2013~2015年货物周转量为例进行预测,得出货物周转量的增长率分别为1.9%,1.0%和-3.8%,周转量分别为29 746.26,30 054.87和29 812.16亿t?km,与实际数据相对吻合度平均为89.05%,表明预测方法具有一定的可靠性。
The simple entropy calculation method was used to discretize the original data, and the decision information system was obtained. The rough set was used to reduce the influencing condition attributes of freight turnover. The rest attributes were taken as explanatory variables, and the explanatory variables and freight turnover were used to establish multiple linear regression model. By using Eviews software to calibrate parameters, the regression significance of the model was tested concurrently. The goods turnover during 2013-2015 was taken as an example to forecast. The predicted growth rate values of goods turnover are 1.9%, 1.0% and -3.8%, respectively, whereas the turnover values of goods are 29 746.26, 30 054.87 and 29 812.16 tons kilometers, respectively. The average degree of agreement with the actual data is 89.05%, which indicates that the method has certain reliability

Abstract: Poterrioochromonas sp., isolated from Microcystis cultures in 2002, was described with LM, SEM, TEM. The grazing characteristics of this strain were also observed in laboratory experiments. The results showed that this strain has the representative features of the genus except for the lorica, and the most conspicuous feature of Poterioochromonas sp. was about the chromatophores.

Abstract: The aim of this study was to analyze the combination of three kinds of in-house IFN-γ ELISPOT using peptide A53 and peptide mixtures (E6 + E7 and E6 + E7 + C14) with tuberculin skin test (TST) to detect latent TB infection (LTBI) in China. A total of 788 healthy people were recruited and analyzed by three kinds of IFN-g ELISPOT, 581 of them had TST results, of which 147 samples were also compared with the T- SPOT.TB test. The positive detection rates for T- SPOT.TB and three kinds of IFN-γ ELISPOT with A53, E6 + E7 and E6 + E7 + C14 were 14.28% (21/147), 29.43% (171/581), 23.24% (135/581) and 28.40% (165/581), respectively. These results were significantly lower than the positive TST results, which were positive in 82.99% (122/147) and 75.73% (440/ 581), respectively. The positive detection rates of three kinds of IFN-γ ELISPOT (31.60%, 26.65% and 32.11% in 788 cases, respectively) could better reflect over 40.00% of Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MTB) infection rate in China. Detection rates between contacts and non-contacts by three kinds of IFN-γ ELIS-POT were not significantly different (p > 0.05). It can be seen that the three kinds of in-house IFN-γ ELIS- POT might be used as a complementary tool of T- SPOT.TB for detecting LTBI in the healthy population of China.
